Shpotted Bigtown is a plush spotted eagle ray from San Francisco, California.

A noted homosexual, Shpotted Bigtown is often seen cruising San Francisco's gay bar scene, most commonly The End Up, where he has been rumored to maintain the glory holes in the men's restrooms. A quiet fellow with a softspoken, high pitched voice, Shpotted Bigtown's main goal in life is to make sure everyone he encounters is feeling great.

In a puzzling development, it was revealed in 2006 that Shpotted Bigtown is the father of Mrs. Super Mega Bigtown's youngest child, Sparkly Bigtown. Shpotted Bigtown has issued no statement as to why this happened. Also, we are not certain that Bigtown knows.
